Rena Hanks is a productivity consultant specializing in workplace organization, communication and team building. Rena has 27 years of experience in the collegiate arena. Using the MBTIŽ (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) she helped students and faculty understand their personalities and how these relate to learning and teaching styles.

In addition, she conducts seminars on organization, communication, time management and team building to businesses, K-12 teachers and university professors. Rena uses humor and techniques developed and honed in the classroom to give clients a "tailor-made" presentation. Her years of experience and unique down-to-earth delivery of information make her a natural in helping people "get organized".

Network for Productivity Excellence

The Network for Productivity Excellence (NPEX.org), founded in 2005, is a national network of independent business owners and corporate executives dedicated to researching, developing and sharing practical ideas related to improving the focus, organization and productivity of employees in companies of all sizes. Rena Hanks, a founding member of the Network for Productivity Excellence, is the owner and founder of Rena Hanks Consulting located in Lamoille, Nevada. Rena uses her experience in the college classroom to give humorous, engaging seminars that leave attendees asking how the time went so quickly while learning how to make their lives more productive and less stressful.
